About the Role
A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and internal teams within a fast-paced practice group. This role is highly visible and plays a critical part in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, while also providing direct support to professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming mail and ensure materials reach the appropriate team members
- Provide phone coverage and route calls for attorneys and support staff as needed
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and virtual calls
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and organized office experience
- Assist with administrative tasks including research, reporting, and internal coordination
- Review and proof documents for accuracy, formatting, and overall quality
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
- Support travel planning, expense reporting, and reimbursement tracking
- Prepare, edit, and finalize documents including correspondence and internal materials
- Handle scanning, printing, and distribution of documents, including large files
- Update and maintain contact records within internal systems
- Assist with time entry and administrative tracking for team members
- Coordinate external services such as courier requests and document processing
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2+ years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Fulltime, Hybrid
Pay: $54,000-$66,000 + Benefits
