Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage deadline-driven proposals (RFQs, RFPs, qualifications) in partnership with Preconstruction and BD.
- Create and manage brand-aligned marketing content, including social media, publications, and PR efforts.
- Maintain a content calendar tied to company initiatives, projects, community involvement, and employee highlights.
- Develop and update marketing collateral (brochures, project sheets, resumes, presentations).
- Ensure brand consistency across proposals, digital platforms, and external communications.
- Support award submissions, industry rankings, and recognition programs.
- Help maintain marketing processes, content libraries, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, proposals, or related roles (A/E/C or professional services a plus).
- Strong written and visual communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign or similar tools a plus
