Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support marketing and business development initiatives and play a key role in proposal development, qualifications packages, and brand-forward marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to help position the firm competitively in the marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as both prime and sub-consultant
- Support office and firm leadership in pursuit strategy and proposal coordination
- Assist with identifying and tracking leads and opportunities aligned with business development goals
- Maintain and update marketing databases, project descriptions, and resumes
- Track and report on proposal activity and outcomes
- Prepare qualifications packages and customized proposal materials
- Develop and maintain branded marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and digital campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Support digital outreach efforts and mass marketing communications
- Help advance the use and organization of the firm’s marketing database and collateral systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or proposal role within the A/E/C industry preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, responsive, and able to anticipate team needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and with leadership
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Graphics or design experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM or project management software is a plus (e.g., Deltek Vision, Unanet)
- Interest in professional associations (e.g., SMPS, SAME, ACECC, CREW) is a plus
