Responsibilities for Membership Services Representative:
- Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address change, change of beneficiary, etc.
- Address and resolves member services inquiries through phone and email
- Educate prospective members on various products
- Assist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to members
- Assist with the system testing as needed
Qualifications for Membership Services Representative:
- Prior call center experience or billing experience is a must
- Bachelors degree is nice to have, but not required
- Strong communication skills both written and communication
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Experience
- Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness
- Ability to work independently
