Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address changes, changes of beneficiary, etc
- Address and resolve member services inquiries through phone and email
- Educate prospective members on various products
- Assist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to members
- Assist with the system testing as needed
Requirements
- Prior call center experience or billing experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal communication
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet Experience
- Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness
- Ability to work independently
$43,000-$46,000 + Excellent Benefits
