Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Support
- Assist in the execution of consulting projects, including organizational assessments, performance improvement, and strategic planning engagements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and develop insights to support project recommendations
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and synthesizing findings
- Draft memos, reports, presentations, and other deliverables for executive-level audiences
- Coordinate project timelines, track milestones, and organize internal meetings to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation and project files within SharePoint or other knowledge management systems
Client Engagement and Coordination
- Support communication with clients and partners by scheduling meetings, preparing background materials, and documenting decisions and next steps
- Help develop and distribute stakeholder surveys and engagement tools
- Track feedback and action items to keep project teams aligned and informed
Business Development
- Assist with market research, lead generation, and pipeline tracking for potential consulting clients
- Identify RFPs and partnership opportunities in the public and commercial sectors
- Support the proposal process, including writing, formatting, and assembling materials
- Maintain CRM records and help drive follow-up on leads, bids, and partner outreach
- Contribute to marketing and thought leadership efforts through research and content development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, government, or strategic project environments
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM or marketing tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- PMP certification or project coordination experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multiple workstreams
