About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Registry Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and ongoing success of a national healthcare data registry program. This role focuses on onboarding participating sites, ensuring data quality, supporting system operations, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve healthcare reporting and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site onboarding from initial data setup through full program participation
- Serve as a primary support contact for participating sites and stakeholders
- Monitor registry quality, accuracy, and service performance
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Coordinate daily operations in partnership with program leadership
- Maintain communication with participating sites and partners
- Support system vendors with development and operational needs
- Prepare reports, status updates, and activity summaries for leadership
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, webinars, and events
- Assist with budget tracking and program planning as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health data, or related fields
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners
- Strong customer service background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
