Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and finalize proposals, authorizations, and client-facing documents
- Manage project security access, coordinating with employees, clients, and subcontractors
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and department documentation
- Coordinate meetings, staff agendas, and team-building events
- Support new project setup and onboarding of new employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as transmittals, leave tracking, and supply management
- Assist with travel coordination, event planning, and executive meeting support
- Provide general office support, including light lifting and cross-functional tasks
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of administrative experience (engineering or land surveying experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
