Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Office Support:
- Manage a busy front desk/reception area with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer multi-line phone system and greet visitors
- Handle food service orders for meetings, team lunches, and office events
- Send, receive, and distribute mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Coordinate new hire setup including workstation preparation
Facilities & Office Maintenance:
- Order and restock office and kitchen supplies regularly
- Keep coffee stations and printer/copier areas stocked
- Stage conference rooms and shared spaces for meetings
- Track and report any building maintenance needs
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of office areas
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of office or reception experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
