Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to tenants and visitors
- Assist with creating and managing work orders and purchase orders for onsite engineers
- Send tenant memos and respond to general inquiries
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk and common area appearance
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for tenants needing assistance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Previous office or front desk administrative experience is required
- Professional demeanor, strong verbal communication skills, and a polished appearance
- Confident, personable, and able to stay productive with minimal direction
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance, especially in the first 30–60 days
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Arlington
Position Details:
- Location: Arlington, VA (3434 Washington Blvd)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, typically around 1–2 PM)
- Pay: $22–23/hour
- Start Date: Monday, July 7th
- Status: Ongoing temporary role
