And until 2020, many companies were completely content with that.But because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the interview landscape has changed. Video interviews have become necessary.

As recent college grads step out into the real world, there’s one skill that—when properly honed—can make all the difference in the hiring process: Phone interviews. The phone interview is the first of many steps in the recruiting process and is often when job seekers make their first impressions.
