Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your main focus will be driving new client acquisition. You will:
- Prospect, network, and build a steady pipeline of qualified leads
- Close new business consistently to help expand Phlash Consulting’s market presence
- Leverage social media, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms to uncover opportunities
- Run discovery calls, pitch our services, and tailor solutions to client needs
- Track sales activities in CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar)
- Represent the brand at virtual industry events and networking opportunities
- Achieve a minimum of 20 new client signings per year (goal: 30)
Requirements
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-motivated sales professional with:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings
- A proven track record of closing $100K+ in new business annually
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold outreach, social media, referrals)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- The ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently hit goals
- Familiarity with CRM software and spreadsheet tracking
Benefits & Compensation
We believe in rewarding results. Here’s what you can expect:
- Base Salary: $50,000/year ($4,166/month)
- Commission per Client: $2,750
- $1,750 upon signing
- $1,000 after 6-month retention
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Minimum: $105,000/year (20 clients)
- Goal: $132,500/year (30 clients)
