Responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Serve as the professional, welcoming first point of contact at the front desk
- Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and direct messages efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the leasing and operations teams
- Maintain accurate digital records and assist with data entry
- Help keep the office tidy and organized
- Provide backup coverage for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team as needed
Field Support:
- Conduct property inspections using checklists and mobile tools to document conditions
- Pick up and deliver items such as keys, notices, and court documents
- Ensure properties are in compliance with cleanliness, safety, and readiness standards
- Represent the company professionally when in the field (company vehicle provided)
Requirements:

- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with light physical activity and fieldwork
- Proficient with digital tools and basic data entry
