About The Opportunity
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Production Manager to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in developing a career in project management, residential construction, remodeling, or insurance restoration. Previous construction experience is not required. The company has established processes, detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and an experienced Senior Project Manager who will provide hands-on training. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, organization, and a genuine desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Train alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager to learn project management processes, terminology, and procedures
- Assist with managing residential remodeling and insurance restoration projects from production handoff through completion
- Serve as a point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive, professional project updates
- Coordinate project schedules, material orders, suppliers, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and other project requirements
- Review project information and ensure necessary documentation, selections, measurements, and materials are accurate
- Monitor active projects and help identify scheduling, material, customer, or subcontractor issues before they cause delays
- Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, invoices, and status updates within AccuLynx
- Assist with warranty, service, and project closeout requirements
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns while escalating larger issues appropriately
- Participate in occasional visits to customer homes or active project sites
- Assist with additional production and administrative responsibilities as needed

- Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software is a plus
