Responsibilities
Tenant Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and service delivery
- Serve as point of contact to address questions, issues, and service needs
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
- Coordinate day-to-day work with vendors, building engineers, and internal staff
- Recommend services for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, etc.
- Obtain bids, prepare specs, and assist with contract decisions
- Maintain accurate contract documentation
Financial & Budget Oversight
- Monitor property-related operating expenses
- Review and approve invoices
- Assist with annual budget development
- Conduct site inspections to support budgeting needs
Building Operations
- Oversee daily property functions and ensure buildings are properly maintained
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to confirm service quality
- Monitor work order systems and ensure timely completion
- Serve as on-call contact for emergency building needs
Team & Staff Support
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of onsite staff
- Help ensure team members are trained and aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with HR on development initiatives
Administrative Support
- Oversee vendor contract compliance, renewals, and file maintenance
- Assist with due-diligence activities as needed
- Help coordinate property tours for prospective tenants
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant industry certifications (BOMA, IREM) a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a related field; commercial property management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company-specific systems
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of building systems and operational needs preferred
- Comfortable being on-call for occasional after-hours emergencies
- Leadership experience strongly preferred

$75,000-$82,000 + Benefits!
