About the Role
We are seeking a Client Engagement Assistant to provide administrative and marketing support to the Client Engagement team. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow in marketing and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support event planning, onsite logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate webinars from start to finish.
- Maintain and update the firm’s client database and generate reports.
- Manage marketing inventory, including swag, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Prepare new client welcome letters.
- Post content to social media and assist with website and podcast updates.
- Support onboarding of new attorneys (photos, bios, announcements).
- Provide overflow assistance for the marketing team as needed.
- Take on additional projects to support the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar), HubSpot or other CRM, and marketing tools such as HootSuite or Mailchimp.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

$47,000-$57,000 + Excellent Benefits
