About the Role
We are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and volunteers at a busy nonprofit organization. This role combines front-desk coordination, client intake, and administrative support, and is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and fluent in both Spanish and English.
The Client Intake Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and oversee the daily flow of clients, visitors, and volunteers
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and volunteers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct client intake and maintain records using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails from clients, partners, and referral agencies
- Perform database cleanup and close out client transactions at the end of each day
- Train and support front desk volunteers, reinforcing best practices and procedures
- Assist with client satisfaction surveys and feedback initiatives
- Coordinate lunch and PTO schedules to ensure Spanish-language coverage at the front desk
- Provide light housekeeping support in shared spaces as needed
- Assist with additional operational or client-facing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system preferred
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Fulltime, Onsite
Pay: $21–$23 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
