Why You Want to Work Here:

We’re a collaborative and fast-growing company at the intersection of people, technology, and operations. If you’re looking to join a tight-knit team where your ideas are heard and your work directly contributes to the growth of the organization, this is the opportunity for you. As we expand in the data center and critical infrastructure space, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven HR Generalist to help shape and scale our internal processes. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to own initiatives, improve systems, and be a strategic partner across the business.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Support the full-cycle internal recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
  • Partner with managers to refine job descriptions, compensation ranges, and candidate evaluation tools
  • Strengthen our onboarding experience to ensure a welcoming, compliant, and culture-forward process
  • Maintain accurate offer documentation and ensure a smooth handoff between recruiting and HR operations
Employee Training & Development
  • Lead ongoing review and development of employee training content and delivery
  • Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and evaluation cycles
  • Coordinate professional development and upskilling initiatives
  • Implement tools and frameworks to promote accountability and alignment across teams
Compliance & HR Operations
  • Maintain and enforce updated HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Oversee compliance with federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, and leave administration
  • Standardize documentation processes for performance issues and disciplinary actions
  • Optimize HR records, documentation practices, and back-end systems for efficiency and accuracy
Culture, Engagement & Retention
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, feedback, and engagement efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and employee satisfaction
  • Facilitate company-wide communication on HR programs, initiatives, and policies
  • Champion a strong, people-first culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and respect

Requirements to Be Successful:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally supporting field-based or operational teams
  • Solid knowledge of HR compliance, policy creation, and employee relations best practices
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries such as construction, logistics, or technical services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on solutions and collaboration
  • Familiarity with common HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll platforms)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and drive process improvements
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred but not required

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with room for growth
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing opportunities
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Employee events and team outings
  • A collaborative, mission-driven workplace where your impact is visible
