Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in implementing marketing plans for events, webinars, membership drives, and educational programs.
- Draft and edit marketing copy for emails, digital ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate content development and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely and aligned communications across channels.
Digital Platform Management
- Manage email platforms, website updates, social media scheduling, and mobile app content.
- Produce and distribute weekly newsletters and other digital communications.
- Monitor engagement metrics and assist in reporting campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements to increase digital reach and user engagement.
Content Production & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce creative assets, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for reuse in campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., events, business development, communications) to align messaging and marketing strategy.
- Assist in tracking campaign analytics and identifying trends.
- Stay current on marketing best practices and share new ideas to enhance engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably within an association, agency, or mission-driven organization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing design projects and working with creative vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
