Administrative tasks in a wide range of different fields and working environments including but not limited to:

Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Book travel itineraries
Document/ contract preparation
Manage bill payments
Greeting and anticipating the needs of clients
Scheduling appointments
Organizing and maintaining a filing system
Data entry and data tracking
Various administrative projects assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Worked with MS Excel and have a good understanding of data structure (knowing some formulas is preferred).
Some Mail Merge experience preferred but not required.
Analytical mind – able to spot inconsistencies with data and be able to come up with solutions.
High attention to detail.
Eager to learn

Current student or completed Bachelor’s Degree
Previous office experience or desire to gain experience in a professional office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
