Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Support the full membership lifecycle, including processing new applications, renewals, and batch transactions in coordination with internal departments.
- Assist international members with applications and payments as needed.
- Provide consistent phone queue coverage during business hours.
- Collaborate on member recognition initiatives, including awards and anniversary campaigns.
- Research and resolve undelivered mail issues by updating member addresses to ensure accurate communications and benefits delivery.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile member transactions, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal procedures and best practices for the department.
- Gather member feedback and contribute ideas for improving member recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Manage the internal survey request process in coordination with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service or membership support experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a service-first approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with association management software (e.g., iMIS) is a plus.
