Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate staff members
- Manage conference room bookings and assist with basic meeting setup
- Ensure common areas and equipment are clean and ready for use daily
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Handle FedEx/UPS shipping requests and manage chargeback details
- Order office supplies and maintain stock levels
- Organize and track customer payments, prepare spreadsheets, and complete remote deposits as needed
Qualifications of the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Strong customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor
- Ability and flexibility to work weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
