We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Technology Coordinator to support our marketing and membership teams. The Marketing Technology Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our digital platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and working with our association database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Informz (Higher Logic) and provide campaign analytics.
- Maintain website and coordinate content updates.
- Use Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic and content performance.
- Assist with creating and tracking content for social media.
- Ensure communications align with our branding, tone, and style.
Membership & Database
- Support the membership team by building lists, target groups, and spreadsheets from the iMIS database.
- Help maintain the membership database by editing and updating records.
- Upload and manage membership-related data (e.g., lapsed member calls, bounced emails, mail merges).
- Work with cross-departmental staff to ensure accurate and consistent use of iMIS.
Technology Support
- Act as a contact with technology vendors (ATS, Kellen, Higher Logic, etc.) to address issues.
- Troubleshoot and research digital communications and database issues.
- Assist in developing and deploying online surveys.
- Identify opportunities for future technology improvements.
- Research and implement how we can use AI in our processes.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn association technologies, including:
- iMIS (membership database)
- Informz (email marketing)
- Website content management systems (e.g., Kentico, iMIS RiSE)
- Google Analytics
- (Preferred but not required) Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other design tools.
