Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the conferences and events team
- Assist with attendee registration and maintain accurate database records
- Coordinate logistics including supply orders, vendor communication, and event prep
- Draft emails, session descriptions, and marketing materials
- Help manage inboxes, track payments, and support registration onsite at events
- Attend planning meetings and travel for onsite support during the October conference
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience and proficiency working with CRM/database systems (Salesforce or Fonteva experience a plus)
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with keen attention to detail
- Previous event or registration support experience is a plus
- Available to work full-time and travel for one week in October
- Comfortable in a hybrid work setting and able to work independently and collaboratively
