This position maintains an important role by managing processes and systems for its clients. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Review and implement processing procedures in order to incorporate the capabilities of the systems into your daily workflow
Follow agency procedures for processing New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Cancellations, Audits, Billing/Financing, Payments. Quotes and Claims
Maintain a current knowledge of coverages and participate in continuing education.
Review expiration list
Research and answer client’s questions regarding coverages in a timely manner.
Direct contact with existing accounts regarding questions or changes to existing
coverage needs.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
Bachelor’s degree
Prior exposure to customer service / office setting
Ability to learn
Work independently
Detailed and organized
Analyze and evaluate situations and options
Problem solving, decision making
