Responsibilities for Accountant/Office Manager include:


  • Finance activities such as invoicing, expense processing, accounting entries, and reporting (P&L statements) using QuickBooks

  • General administration activities such as administrative assistant duties, office management, travel planning, calendar management (Outlook), and developing a new timekeeping system for consultants by project

  • New facility clearance compliant oversight and management as designated by the federal government for their contract and work performed.

  • General IT tracking projects such as buying and tracking equipment, managing software licenses, and other office productivity tools

  • Works to support business development manager, human resource and contracts part-time consultants, as well as the leadership team. 

Qualifications for Consultant include:


  • Degree in Accounting or related experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in an operations role

  • Experience in the financial side of operations

  • Sees the upside in this role with a growing company

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Microsoft Office, and calendar management in Outlook

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels

  • Strong business acumen
