We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer first coordinator to help manage advertising, marketing, and print and digital media for our national nonprofit organization as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities of the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator:

  • Main point of contact for advertising fulfillment of all print and digital advertising
  • Serves as the central point of contact for the data entry, record keeping, billing, scheduling, and transmittal of all advertising materials delivered to clients, printers, designers, and internal staff
  • Responsible for documenting sales process, identifying success strategies, and tracking budget goals 
  • Delivers superior customer service to advertisers, exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate 
  • Assists with the development of additional advertising vehicles using existing association collateral and products, or new association initiatives
  • Drafts correspondence and makes copy updates to marketing, promotion, and supporting documents to produce excellent advertising communication products; ensures that copy complies with organizational style
  • Implements advertising mass mailings (postal or digital) including copying materials, assembling mailings, and affixing postage
  • Conducts prospect research and drafts proposals
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining advertising information in Fonteva
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study
  • One year experience in sales and marketing and high-level customer service experience preferred
  • Requires excellent written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and team-oriented, as well as capable of interacting with high- profile corporate executives
  • Must have excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Fonteva/Salesforce experience preferred / nice to have
  • Proof of vaccination required
